Sabato 29 maggio 2010, si è tenuta a Torino la manifestazione organizzata dai tifosi a ricordo delle vittime dell’Heysel, e per sollecitare la nuova dirigenza bianconera a richiedere la revisione del processo sportivo per i fatti della cosiddetta “calciopoli”.
Come tutte le iniziative e le manifestazioni in generale, anche questa può essere letta in modi diversi a seconda dal valore che ad essa si voglia dare, ed invero ha avuto le sue note positive, ma anche quelle negative: potremmo parlare insomma di un bicchiere pieno a metà, nel senso che il segnale importante è stato dato, ma probabilmente non in maniera troppo incisiva.
Ed allora vediamo quali, a mio giudizio, sono stati gli aspetti da evidenziare, e anche i punti deboli della manifestazione.
Quattro anni addietro, più o meno in questo periodo, ossia fine aprile, primi di maggio, esplose il cosiddetto scandalo “calciopoli”, altrimenti detto, dai più irriducibili “Moggiopoli”, e per chi ha buona memoria, per circa tre mesi di fila, tutti i giornali, e tutti i notiziari aprivano puntualmente con articoli e servizi sul tema, che invero era soprattutto di dare addosso alla Juventus, con qualsiasi metodo informativo.
Così fior di sedicenti opinionisti, giornalisti, buffoni di avanspettacolo erettisi a moralisti, e quant’altro, fecero a gara per chi fosse più fieramente “moralista” ed antijuventino, Luciano Moggi divenne una sorta di appestato della peggiore specie, al punto che il solo avere avuto con lui contatti di semplice amicizia o di conoscenza, equivaleva ad essere definiti intrallazzatori, asserviti ad una cupola mafiosa e quanto di peggio si potesse dire.

Da quanto si apprende, a dire di questo avvocato, dal nome Andrea Ricca Barberis, “si tratta di considerazioni prive di fondamento e tese a screditare il prestigio, la reputazione e la credibilità della Corte d'Appello federale, che aveva revocato lo scudetto 2005 e non assegnato quello 2006 per illecito sportivo" (sic!).
